Ans. No.

Ans. Yes you can book on the spot.

How do we recognise Sandi's person?
Ans. Our attendent shows a placard outside the arrival terminal as 'Sandi's Travels'.

Do you offer any Frequent Traveller's discount?
Ans. We are working on some good scheme.

Can I make a Group Booking?
Ans. Yes you can very well book for a group at the same time.

Can I book for Return Journey?
Ans. Yes you can book your return very well in advance.

Can I just book on the phone & pay on the coach?
Ans. Yes you can.

How much time in advance should we book?
Ans. As soon as possible.

Do I receive a ticket on payment?
Ans. Yes.

Ans. Yes u can book via Phone / Email / Website / In person.

How do I pay?
Ans. You can pay by cash or by credit card. (For credit cards payments terms & conditions apply).

Can I change my reservation (Date / Time / Place of Boarding)?
Ans. You can change your reservation with prior notice of 48 hours.

Can I make a payment & buy an open ticket?
Ans. Yes.

Can I have a number where I can contact for any emergency?
Ans. Will be available on site.

How much baggage is allowed to carry per person?
Ans. Subject to your Airlines Rules.

Ans. Yes with additional cost.

Ans. No.

Can I get a refund for non used ticket?
Ans. Only if its not a same day cancelled ticket. No cancellation or postponement on the travel date.

Any discounts on group bookings?
Ans. According to Company Policy.

Any Senior Citizens discounts?
Ans. We always offer discounted rates. No special concessions for Sr. Citizens.

Are their different rates for children?
Ans. Child above 2 years would be charged full.

Where do we find the vehicles parked on the airport?
Ans. Detail map of the location of the parking space is made available on the site along with our airport attendent's Cell No.

Where do you drop passengers on the airport?
Ans. Our vehicle will drop you near the trolleys.

How can I decide which schedule is suitable for my flight?
Ans. Please allow 4 / 5 hours journey time + 3hours prior check in time.

Will somebody help me with my luggage from my home to the vehicle?
Ans. Passengers have to carry their own luggage to / from their luggage, driver will help loading / unloading the luggage from the vehicle. Help will be given to passengers age 75 and above and to the disabled passengers.

Can I pay in some other currency?
Ans. You will have to pay in rupees only.

Do I get to choose my seat?
Ans. The seats are available on First Come First Serve basis.
